We want everyone to be able to use the HealthPoint Pharmacy website, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use.

Our aim
We’re working to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. In practice, that means:

• text you can resize, with strong colour contrast

• pages you can move through with a keyboard

• descriptions on images

• clear headings and plain language

• a layout that works on phones and tablets

What may not work yet
Some content may not be fully accessible yet, such as older PDFs or pages and booking tools provided by third parties. We’re working to improve these.
