HealthPoint Pharmacy was delighted to support the new LooseHeadz Lounge at Mullingar Rugby Club, helping promote positive mental health in the rugby community.
LooseHeadz is a rugby mental health charity that encourages people to talk and support each other. The lounge provides a safe space in the club where conversations around mental health can happen openly.
Mullingar Rugby Club Vice President Denis McDermott welcomed the support.
“HealthPoint Pharmacy have been very supportive of Mullingar Rugby Club over the years. John Keane, their CEO, is also our club PRO, so there is a strong link there. The Keane family have supported the club on many occasions and this is another great example of a local business supporting a local community club.”
HealthPoint Pharmacy CEO John Keane said the initiative reflects values that are important to the business.

The LooseHeadz Lounge will help encourage open conversations around mental health and strengthen the sense of community within Mullingar Rugby Club.
