That’s why all our staff are trained to a high standard. From our pharmacists to our front-of-shop team, we take part in regular training sessions to stay up to date on the latest products, health guidance, and customer care.

Recently, our team had a brilliant Training Day at our Green Road store. It was a great chance to learn more about the trusted health brands we stock, discover new product launches, and deepen our understanding of how we can help customers with everyday health needs.

There were tastings, expert tips, and even a few goodies to bring home – all part of helping us provide even better support to you in-store.
