Celebrating Our Team and Community: A Look Back at October

Hello and welcome to our monthly blog post, where we reflect on the incredible achievements and milestones from the past month. This October has been special in many ways, and we are proud to share some highlights with you.

Unwavering Commitment to Service

We are pleased to report an 89% positive feedback score from our touchpoint feedback terminals in October. This wouldn't have been possible without the dedication and hard work of our team members. We continue to strive for the highest standards in customer service, and your feedback is invaluable to us.

An Honour at the IPU Conference

This October, we had the privilege of meeting Minister for Health Stephen Donnelly at the Irish Pharmacy Union (IPU) Conference. It was an excellent opportunity to discuss the future of healthcare in Ireland and the role pharmacies will play in it.

Best Workplace in Ireland for Supporting Menopause

We are incredibly proud to announce that we have been named the Best Workplace in Ireland for our initiatives aimed at supporting menopause in the workplace. It's a testament to our commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive environment for all our team members.

Launching Our New Patient App

We are excited to announce the launch of our new patient app, designed to make your healthcare journey easier and more efficient. The app is already showing signs of going from strength to strength, thanks to your feedback and our team's efforts.

Employee Highlights

Pharmacist Eimear performed exceptionally well in an emergency situation, assisting a patient in anaphylactic shock.

Shauna from our Market Point store won our "Out of the Box" monthly award for her quick thinking and first aid skills, helping a young girl in need.

Celebrations and Milestones

Team members Aisling and John completed the Dublin Marathon.

We had birthdays for Grace, Jon, Olivia in Woods, and Jenny in Green Road.

Gillian and Eithne celebrated their 10-year work anniversary with us.

Community Engagement

We dressed up in pink and raised funds for breast cancer research.

Our Enfield team received a lovely surprise of baked goods from a grateful customer.

Thank you for being a part of our journey. Your support and patronage mean the world to us, and we look forward to serving you even better in the coming months.

Best wishes,

The Keane's & Woods HealthPoint Team
