April 2026 Customer Feedback Update

In April 2026, over 3,000 customers shared feedback across our stores using our in-store feedback terminals, provided by HappyOrNot.

90% of responses were positive.

We review this data every month. It helps us understand when our stores are busiest and where we need to improve our service.

This is a simple but important way for you to tell us how we are doing.
